Mysterium in Bojnice presents fun puzzle games for a wide group of people of different ages. The essence is a furnished room with puzzles and secret hiding places, which the participants of the game gradually find and solve. Discovering keys to secret cabinets, understanding symbols and courage in making decisions are conditions for opening the exit and thus beating the game. However, some of the games also take place in an outdoor environment (outside the room) and are accompanied by a mobile application.
House of illusion
House of Illusions is a museum and gallery focused on optical illusions, trick art and modern forms of depicting reality. It is located right on the square in the fairy-tale town of Bojnice, near Bojnice Castle, which is one of the most beautiful and most visited castles in Slovakia.
The geographical center of Europe
The geographical center of Europe is the center of the tower of the Church of St. John the Baptist. There is a legend about why the center of Europe is in this place. It say that it was precisely because of the rich gold reserves in nearby Kremnica that people started talking about the center of Europe and attributed it to the Kremnica Mines.
Bralova rock - 826 meters above sea level
The Remata recreation center is bordered by the low, but very popular tourist hill, Bralova skala. As its name suggests, the dominant feature of this mountain will be massive rocks. From the partially deforested peak, there are nice views of the surroundings, especially of the Handlovská dolina, Turčianska kotlina, Prievidza and the surrounding peaks of Žiar, Mala Fatra, Kremnické vrchy and Vtáčnik.
Bojnice
Bojnice Castle is one of the most beautiful castles in Central Europe, it is located only 20 km from Villa Remata and offers many cultural and social events throughout the year. In addition to the castle, Bojnice is also home to the largest ZOO in Slovakia, a thermal spa, a dino park and a museum of prehistoric times.
ZOO Bojnice
Bojnice National Zoo is the oldest and most visited zoo in Slovakia. Bojnice ZOO is located in close proximity to the romantic Bojnice Castle. It belongs to zoological gardens of general type, i.e. without a specific specialization. Bojnice National Zoo presents a unique collection of animals from all over the world in more than 430 species, which is why Bojnice ZOO can boast the largest collection of all Slovak ZOOs.
"Čajka" Chaika observation tower
In Bojnice, there is also the observation tower Chaika v oblach, which is accessible on foot and offers a beautiful view of the town of Bojnice, the castle and the surrounding countryside. It is open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Train trip to Turčianske Teplice

There is a well-known water park there, which makes this trip especially popular with children. During the journey, the train will pass through the second longest tunnel in Slovakia. Nearby you will also find the Budiš mineral spring.
Čičmany
Čičmany and Rajecká Lesná: Skanzen Čičmany is located 60 km from your hotel and is famous for its architecture and museum. Near the village of Čičmany, there is also the largest wooden nativity scene in Rajecká Lesna, which displays historical buildings from all over Slovakia and typical works in individual regions.
Hájska rock - 640 meters above sea level
Sometimes they can enchant even inconspicuous and smaller hikes. Hájska skala, which juts out above Ráztočno in the Žiar Mountains, is proof of this. This 20-meter-high limestone rock is especially popular with technical climbers, but it definitely has something to offer hikers and nature lovers as well.
Banská Štiavnica

Museum of Prehistory
The Museum of Prehistory is the only one of its kind in Slovakia. The Provost Cave is located in the middle of wild nature, which enhances the local atmosphere and gives the entire museum an authentic character. The museum’s interesting exhibition will transport the visitor several millennia back to the times when people fought hard for bare life every day, to the Stone Age.
Malý Grič
This hill of volcanic origin offers beautiful nature all around and no less beautiful views of the surrounding area as well as the neighboring hill Veľký Grič. The top of Small Grič is formed by impressive rocks ending in a steep slope.
A marked hiking trail leads to Malý Grič. As your starting point, you can choose e.g.Veľká Lehôtka (cca 5.5 km), Handlová (cca 4.5 km), Hradec or Cígeľ.
